Notice: Passing of Daniel L. Freeland & Office Closure

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our founder and President, Daniel L. Freeland. He was the center of our firm and we are heartbroken by this profound loss. In light of this tragedy, we have made the difficult decision to permanently close our firm, Daniel L. Freeland & Associates, P.C.

Our final day of operations will be October 31, 2026. After October 31st, this website, payment portal and our phone lines will remain active until November 29, 2026. Please make your final payments or any inquiries no later than November 29, 2026.

We have been actively reaching out to our current clients, vendors and partners to assist in the transfer of files and other important documents. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have not spoken to us directly.
